Minimum Qualifications A doctorate degree and licensure as a psychologist in the state of New York, plus one year of experience working with individuals with psychosis; OR A master’s-level license to practice psychotherapy in the state of New York (i.e., LMHC or LCSW) and at least five full-time years of clinical experience implementing evidence-based therapies with individuals with psychosis. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Ph.D. in Psychology, with state licensure to practice psychology; ORMaster’s degree in clinical social work or mental health counselling, with state licensurePREFERRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: One year of experience working with individuals with psychosis in clinical settings (for licensed psychologists) OR at least five full-time years of experience working with individuals with psychosis in clinical settings (for those without doctoral licensure). All candidates should have some familiarity with the clinical high-risk/prodrome and first-episode psychosis constructs, familiarity with chronic psychotic disorders, and a strong background in evidence-based interventions for psychosis.

Duties Description The candidate is expected to:• Implement evidence-based practices for the purposes of treatment and monitoring of individuals with psychosis and/or at clinical high risk (CHR) for psychosis• Provide psychoeducation to participants and families• Engage in outreach and recruitment for the COPE Clinic and Columbia Schizophrenia Research Center (CSRC)• Monitor CHR participants for signs of conversion to syndromal psychosis
