Our client, a leader in Higher Education, is seeking a Receptionist-Contract to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative and research floor supporting various team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and outstanding customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receptionist-Contract

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11201

Pay Range: $25 - $28 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Manage front desk responsibilities including answering phones and greeting guests.

  • Direct vendors and accept packages efficiently.

  • Assist with the needs of floor tenants, including maintaining supplies.

  • Submit maintenance tickets as required.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff.

What's Needed?

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.

  • Proficient in basic office software and phone systems.
