Job Duties:- Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures throughout the diamond production process.- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, equipment, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance product quality and efficiency.- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and protocols for each stage of the diamond production process.- Monitor and document quality metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify trends over time.- Conduct audits of production documentation, records, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Participate in cross-functional teams to address quality-related challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including production managers, engineers, and quality control personnel, to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions asneeded.Special requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Quality Management or/and Standardization, Certification);- Adherence to precision in documentation, data entry, and record-keeping;- Business communication skills;- Strong analytical skills
