Job Responsibilities:
Oversees project implementation and execution
Builds and carries out marketing and development initiatives
Oversees capital improvement/asset preservation programs
Develops project budget
Manages project scheduling and decisions
Assembles and manages teams of consultants and contractors
Maintains client relationships
Identifies and addresses potential liabilities and risk
Assists in training and developing team members
Performs business development activities
Ensures accounts receivables are maintained
Performs miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned
