About the role:
Administer necessary product requirements to maintain consistent account control of clients using FIS software products and ensure the quality and utilization of FIS software products satisfies client needs.
About the team
The Client Experience (CX) team within the Capital Markets group of FIS is looking for Product Support Representatives to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role you will become an expert on one or more software solutions within FIS Securities & Processing used by our client base of banks and financial institutions. You will begin providing service to clients for the Phase3, Loanet, and SmartLoan products. You will then use this expertise to help these clients get the most value from our software.
What you will be doing
- Providing in-depth product support to FIS clients via inbound phone calls and emails
- Utilizing a state-of-the-art CRM to answer client support inquiries and bring issues to resolution
- Building strong, long term working relationships with FIS clients
- Ensuring timely responses to clients by working across internal teams
- Training FIS clients on proper product usage to provide the greatest benefit.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration
What you will need:
Prior banking or finance related experiences a plus; personal banking experience preferred
* Documents client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
* Knowledge of FIS products and services
* Strong analytical skills
* Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products
* Organizational and time management skills required
* Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
* Extremely comfortable working with computers and a variety of applications
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* Strong problem solving skills
