Man Investments USA Holdings Inc. Product Specialist in New York, New York
Work closely with US and global sales, and take responsibility for all client and sales team initiatives, including new fundraising, investor and sales team comms and the content required to support these efforts. Lead the team and act as an externally and internally facing Product Specialist with primary responsibility for all strategies and global sales team/client coverage, crucial to the strategic growth of the US business. Marketing/Commercial Opportunities: Responsible for new product development and positioning; Content creation inc. new strategy materials, docs/updates to support proactive outreach, thought pieces, performance updates, market updates, etc.; Host quarterly regional sales team update meetings and lead ongoing engagement and education; attend client meetings/pitches/roadshows/site tours with or in place of PMs, as appropriate; drive the global fundraising initiative with a focus on meeting follow-ups and advancing opportunities; lead technical Q&A with clients, prospects and sales teams; work closely with Comms team on PR and marketing opportunities; and review RFPs/DDQs, write new technical content. Existing Client Management: Serve as a member of client/partner relationship management teams alongside sales team lead; attend client meetings/calls and provide regular strategy, performance/investment and firm updates; review all client reports prior to distribution both for accuracy and context for our clients. Other: Present investment manager’s updates at fund and entity board meetings and responsible for team development and initial escalation point. *Position is eligible to work hybrid, requiring some presence in the New York, NY Office, with manager approval. LOCATION: 1345 Avenue of the Americas, 21st Fl., New York, NY 10105SALARY: From $173,555 to $175,000 per year.REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in economics or related field and 7 years’ experience in financial services industry. 7 years direct experience interacting with clients/prospects/consultants and communicating investment ideas and concepts. Investment expert in real assets and must be able to understand and convey the key elements of financial portfolios and investment expertise to prospects, clients and consultants. Must have a detailed understanding of the private markets industry and should be capable of leading on product design, pricing, positioning, white papers and feedback to the investment and sales teams. *Position is eligible to work hybrid, requiring some presence in the New York, NY Office, with manager approval.
