NBCUniversal Advertising Platforms & Operations is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From product management to program management, from sales enablement to sales operations, from product marketing to strategic communications, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $10B+ annual advertising business. The Advanced Products and Activation team within Advertising Platforms & Operations is responsible for leading the product development processes for the technology solutions delivered to our advertising partners. We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Advanced Products and Activation to help build our portfolio of advanced targeting solutions, focusing on advanced audience and data collaboration initiatives while streamlining NBCU’s audience data creation and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative person who is passionate about digital media and video advertising innovation, and has strong technology, analytical, data, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Become an expert in the audience targeting, data, and identity space - understanding how it works and the benefits it provides advertisers and consumers
Stay apprised of data, industry, and privacy changes affecting the audience and data landscape
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Planning, Sales, Strategy, Systems, Insights & Research, Product, Data and Engineering teams
Develop use cases and revenue justification/business value analysis in conjunction with Strategy team
Manage existing audience product roadmaps and effectively communicate timelines to all stakeholders by leading communication, prioritizing key features, and establishing timelines with partner Engineering teams
Manage Data Collaboration partnerships, associated product development, and successful operational integration/activation
Document and detail user stories for Engineering and Data teams; participate in UAT
Spearhead enhancements in collaboration with Engineering, Data, and Operations teams
Track and test key performance indicators to evaluate and improve product suite
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience working in product development in the digital ad ecosystem
Proven track record of owning customer-facing product solutions in cross-functional environments
Strong communication skills; can present key updates to stakeholders and facilitate weekly vendor calls
Ability to effectively communicate and influence across a variety of platforms, as needed
Experience collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Engineering teams to develop and bring to market successful and innovative products
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the demonstrated ability to take the seed of an idea through launch while prioritizing effectively to get things done
Deep understanding of digital ad serving, mechanics of data targeted advertising, big data/identity and clean room technology
Strong understanding of measurement strategies with an application to ad targeting and identity
Ability to define technical requirements, discuss technical concepts with engineering teams, and understand architectural and technical implications.
Proficiency in Excel, JIRA
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven history of creative problem-solving with autonomy
Demonstrated passion for the video advertising marketplace
Experience with ad server platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel) and programmatic marketplaces.
Knowledge to help craft NBCUs next-generation Identity solutions that improve the way our business is run

Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 (bonus eligible)
