Position Summary:

CVS Health’s Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) is an organization working to solve some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of technology and healthcare. A&BC leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, modeling, and a hypothesis-driven approach to transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights to drive growth, improve health outcomes and access to health care across all our businesses in CVS Health. Our data teams build next generation data and machine learning platforms and products in the cloud that help power CVS Health to make healthier happen for 100+ million customers.

The A&BC organization is looking to grow its Talent & Culture team in order to support our ongoing Product Transformation. Join us as we embark on an exciting journey to drive a transformational shift in how CVS Health leverages technology and analytics to become the leader in consumer healthcare in the U.S.

As the Product & Culture Transformation Lead within A&BC you will focus on:

  • Program Management for our product transformation

  • Establishing talent product best practices with A&BC’s Talent & Culture team

  • Supporting key strategic talent initiatives in partnership with our executive team

  • Partnering with our Talent Acquisition, Learning, People Analytics and technical teams to develop programs and processes across our 2,500 FTE Data & Analytics organization

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own Product Transformation roadmap, engaging with senior leaders across A&BC to support our move to a product-driven operating model. This includes integrating our learning, hiring, change management and operations processes to align with our new product model

  • Define, monitor and analyze KPIs associated with the Product transformation, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization, including tracking value creation through the change

  • Partner with internal Product teams to implement best practices ( design thinking, agile methodologies etc) within their teams

  • Demonstrate and support dissemination of best practices for product management, product development, release management and user support

  • Partner with A&BC colleagues to drive Change Management efforts in support of the Product Transformation

  • Establish internal best practices for Talent products within A&BC

  • Support Ad-hoc talent initiatives as part of the Talent & Culture team (org change, culture assessment, manager development, etc.)

    You will be working in a hybrid role (3 days a week onsite) in our CVS Health office in NYC.

    Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience working in strategy consulting or product roles

  • Experience in stakeholder management and executive communication

  • Foundational understanding of product management / product operating model

  • A bility to drive outcomes in complex, matrixed environment

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' Product Management or Product Management-adjacent experience (Closely partnering with Product & technical teams)

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful analytics product throughout its lifecycle in Enterprise B2B products context

  • Familiar with user experience design and testing methodologies

  • Deep knowledge of various types of healthcare data, including strong grasp of data nuances, common use cases, and limitations, with experience in common analytics tools

  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex environment and influence adoption of new thinking and find innovation opportunities

  • Strong interest ​in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical sector

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate (oral and written), with experience in communicating technical concepts and implications to business stakeholders and customers as well as business concepts and requirement to Data Science, Engineering, and other technical teams

  • Familiarity of Data Science concepts

    Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$136,217.50 - $267,800.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
