Neuberger Berman Private Wealth Channel Marketing Manager in New York, New York

Summary

The Marketing Manager operates within the NB Private Wealth (“NBPW”) Marketing team, which provides strategic and tactical marketing solutions to the Private Wealth business at Neuberger Berman. This individual will be lead a variety of marketing initiatives and will work cross functionally spearheading projects in investments, wealth advisory and planning capabilities at the firm. The Marketing Manager will work directly digital marketing, design and marketing sales enablement teams to project manage and produce collateral for the Private Wealth channel. The ideal candidate is a professional, articulate, highly organized and detail oriented individual, who enjoys and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Private Wealth Marketing to create marketing content and thought leadership calendar for NB Private Wealth business

  • Collaborate with Private Wealth Investment Group on product prioritization and product goals

  • Align thought leadership program with broad channel goals and event strategy ensuring content meets the needs of advisors

  • Manage all channel specific collateral and BAU content that comes into the team with an optimized workflow and tracking system

  • Monitor KPIs for content usage to measure the success of the piece and continued production

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams and business to develop, manage, and implement thought leadership programs. Be the voice of the team on the global thought leadership weekly stand up.

  • Project manage the production of channel specific collateral and content in partnership with the various global marketing and legal teams

  • Partner effectively with the stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and effectively communicate them to centralized marketing support

  • Identify industry trends and client interests to create channel specific initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in marketing or investment management industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field i.e.: marketing, finance, economics preferred

  • Experience with investments and basic investing concepts, experience in wealth management a plus

  • Strong knowledge of marketing concepts including direct, digital, and social media marketing practices

  • Outstanding project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines

  • Team oriented, collaborative approach with ability to take initiative

  • Strong written, verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills

  • Analytical and comfortable working with, and interpreting data

  • Professional, articulate, and creative with a positive attitude

  • Series 7 and/or 63, 65 not required, but strongly preferred

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), life insurance and other benefits to eligible employees.
