Exciting Job Opportunity at MSK:Payroll Associate Analyst - Time & Attendance
Are you a resilient and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) is seeking a Payroll Associate Analyst - Time & Attendance to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure the accurate and timely capture and reporting of hours worked and paid absences for over 22,000 employees using our Time & Attendance system and Workday Absence.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient Task Management:Handle high-volume tasks related to MSK Time and Workday Absence, including reporting, security access, and assistance requests, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
Support and Guidance:Provide clear and effective guidance for Time & Attendance and Workday via email and the ServiceNow case management platform, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
Issue Resolution:Manage escalated Time & Attendance issues, track overpayments, and process retroactive time card corrections with precision and adherence to deadlines.
Documentation and Compliance:Write comprehensive training guides and procedures, prepare audit documentation, and stay up-to-date with labor laws and MSK policies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Assist with cross-functional payroll and finance tasks, including processing Workday earnings adjustments as requested.
Key Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with Payroll and Time & Attendance Systems.
Experience with Time & Attendance Systems (Symplr Time & Attendance, a plus).
Familiarity with a case management platform (ServiceNow, a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Schedule: Hybrid, with flexibility required to be onsite multiple days per week or as needed

Pay Range: 66,500.00 - $103,100.00
