New York University PART TIME NON-EXEMPT ASSOCIATE RESEARCH SCIENTIST (CLINIC DIRECTOR) in New York, New York
Provides overall research administration of Postdoctoral Program Clinic, exercising independent judgment as deemed appropriate through consultation with Program Director; pre-screens applicants for psychoanalytic service; performs collection and analysis of data regarding Clinic services; provides consultation to Program matriculants offering Clinic services, process groups, as well as to the Psychology Externship Program and to the Immigration and Human Rights Work Group.
Job Summary: Administer the research operation of the Postdoctoral Clinic; Serve as a member of the Exacutive Committee; Assist the Program Director, faculty, clinical consultants and matriculants with various elements of clinical education; compile and analyze data; maintain detailed records.
In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $26/hr - $34.67/hr. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the specific grant funding and the terms of the research grant when extending an offer.
Doctoral degree in psychology and postdoctoral psychoanalytic training; extensive practice experience; demonstrated leadership in psychotherapy and/or psychoanalysis.
