Description

Robert Half is seeking an Outside Sales Representative they will be responsible for driving new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients within a designated territory. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, presenting products or services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.

  • Develop and execute strategies to target new business opportunities.

  • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients.

  • Present products or services, demonstrating their value and benefits.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or concerns.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.

  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

    Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in Outside Sales is necessary.

• Must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

• Proficiency using software for sales automation, customer relationship management, and data analysis.

• Ability to build productive professional business relationships.

• Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.

• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and sales opportunities.

• Ability to travel as needed.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

• High level of professionalism and integrity.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Proven track record in sales environment.

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• Must be able to handle customer rejections.
