Your New Role...
The Operations Coordinator will m anage the day-to-day operations workflow of assets to service WBD international partners. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the acquisition of marketing assets , operational and legal information , to support our international partners (including Airlines Sales) . Additionally, this role will act as liaison between different departments to ensure clear communication and collaboration supporting press strategy for global releases. They will manage logistical aspects for the acquisition, quality control, publishing, and distribution of screeners for HBO, Max, and Discovery IP on WBTVD.com and the WBD screeners app. As part of the role the candidate will partner closely with the Senior Manager to ensure the creation and safe delivery of Digital Cinema Packages for international in screenings
Your Role Accountabilities...
Responsible for acquiring, publishing, and creating resized key art and images for all HBO and Max Originals to WBTVD.com (B2B) and WBD screeners (screening app). This includes tracking release dates, legal restrictions, and formats all assets. Also responsible for creation of billboard images used for promotion of the programs on WBTVD.com (B2B) and key images used for press screener blasts
Responsible for delivery of Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) for over 50 international screenings per year. Screenings include PR and marketing activations, production screenings, sales screenings, and festivals globally. Collaborates with International PR, Content Protection, Post-Production, Content Enhancement, Studio Productions, broadcasters, and various labs to ensure timely and secure delivery of pre and post air high quality files.
Lead strategy planning for Airlines Sales cycle (HBO and Max). Coordinates with lead Airlines sales to highlight newly available titles for HBO and Max subdomains. Curates list of titles based on sales initiatives to drive visibility. This portal supports the sale and distribution of HBO and HBO MAX content to Airlines worldwide.
W orks in close partnership with international PR and the Discovery ID team to aggregate and align global press launches for highly sensitive IP. Extreme attention required to detail due to the nature of the IP and current legal affairs. Collate IP metadata, release strategy (timings), and acquisition of assets (press release, key art, video asset, and press lists) for press launch.
Performs additional related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience...
Work Experience
Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience at a media or entertainment company.
Experience working in a Studio environment preferred.
Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
Bachelor’s degree preferred; preferably in Marketing.
Background in Operations or Product Management desired.
Knowledge/Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Proficient in Photoshop, In Design, and B2B content and user management distribution preferred.
Other Requirements
Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines.
Ability to develop strong working relationships with multiple cross-functional groups both internal and external.
Comfortable working as an individual contributor across teams.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
