SVCMC/Uniformed Services Family Health Plan Member Services Representatives in New York, New York

Act as liaison and assist members(patients)/providers (doctors) with inquiries related to but not limited to managed health care insurance eligibility, benefits, referrals, authorization claims. Handle inbound and outbound calls within established standards for speed to answer, abandonment rate and documentation. Also known as Customer Service Rep. Previous call center experience preferred, Health Care Experience in an office setting preferred. Temp to Perm position

Minimum Salary: 44,000 Maximum Salary: 44,000 Salary Unit: Hourly
