"Our client, the leading authority on ETF news, data, analysis and the current financial markets, is looking for a Marketing Director on a freelance to full time basis starting by Mid April. This role is Hybrid onsite 2 days per week. Be sure to include details on how you tailored your approach to measure success, and the tools or methods used for data analysis.As the Marketing Director, you will be working closely with the CMO on the strategy development of marketing campaigns with the ultimate goal of user acquisition in mind. The Marketing Director will also work closely with the sales team. The Marketing Director will be responsible for: - leading the brainstorming and strategy development of client RFP responses, native campaigns, sponsorships, and activation opportunities - developing and overseeing marketing strategies to acquire and retain new subscribers as well as convert users from a free to paid plan - collaborating with the sales team to develop sales materials and collateral - utilizing internal analytics, industry data, and research to determine consumer audience target segments and build media plans - working with the sales team to gather campaign results and re-optimize as needed based on results REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of marketing experience ideally in the finance industry or from small agencies- Experience with creating Go to market strategies- a strong knowledge of the advertising space and how data is utilized and measured - Experience in ad sales, brand, and subscription marketing.- Experience developing custom marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and activations.- strong attention to detail while working both onsite and offsiteCreative Circle's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
