5-7 years Minimum 5 years of FP&A-related experience, required. Required and
2 years Demonstrated strong quantitative and presentation experience, required Required and
2 years Understanding and familiarity with ConEd's business (e.g., services provided, current events) and FP&A function (e.g., objective, role, deliverable), required. Required and
2 years Advance use of MS Office and budgeting tools (e.g., Oracle, SAP), required. Required and
5-7 years Understanding of accounting principles (e.g., income statement, balance sheet), required. Required and
5-7 years Demonstrated critical thinking capabilities and proactive qualities, required. Required and
5-7 years Strong verbal and written skills, including presentation skills, required. Required and
5-7 years Demonstrated ability to influence decision making, required. Required and
2 years At least 2 years of Supervisory experience Required and
2 years Working knowledge of data visualization and manipulation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx), preferred. Preferred and
