Job Duties:
Medication administration
Patient documentation into Sigma Care EMR system
Wound care
Working with a team of CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
ADLs
Patient education
Shift:
Day: 7:30am - 11:30pm
Eve - 330pm-1130pm
Qualifications:
NYS LPN License
BLS Certification
Experience Level:
6 months
