Job Title: Leasing Coordinator

Duration: 6-8 Month Contract (Potential to hire for top performers)

Hours: Monday-Friday - 9:00AM-5:30PM

Job Opportunity:

· They are the Top 10 largest residential apartment portfolios in the United States

· Lots of upward mobility


· 2+ years of residential leasing coordination experience

· Low-income tax credit experience

· HS Diploma or equivalent

· M ust be strong with computers and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description

· Ensures application is complete and accurate

· Ensures prospect understands deposit policies

· Determines move-in date and unit desired

· Collects deposit and application fee

· Verifies application and sends paperwork to compliance in a timely manner

· Entering the follow information into system

o Lease starting and ending dates

o Amount of rent per lease

o Deposits required including pet

o Names of all occupants

o Business and home phones

o Email address
