Summary

As the Leadership Positioning Manager, you'll lead strategic communications to position One Chobani leaders, their work, and their thought leadership. Your work will help guide One Chobani’s profile as the premier natural, nutritious, delicious, and accessible food manufacturer. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, One Chobani Comms, you'll ensure seamless collaboration with communications team partners and colleagues to support the One Chobani positioning narrative. Your efforts will result in the earned placement of and speaking opportunities for leaders, amplifying One Chobani as an innovative and impact-driven business. You’ll be responsible for positioning strategies that support leaders of impact, people, product and commercial, creating business value for the organization. You will be tapped, as needed, to work beyond leadership positioning and support overall One Chobani communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

Leadership Communications: Develop, implement, and measure a proactive leadership positioning strategy that defines the company as a truly unique enterprise, balancing products, performance, and purpose Guide leadership positioning strategies to proactively position One Chobani as a leading, natural, and accessible food manufacturer Collaborate with integrated comms team to deliver 360-degree storytelling which positions our leaders in order to advance the business Secure earned media stemming from speaking and visibility opportunities to extend the reach and impact of leadership time investments as well as maximize their efforts overall Team Participation & Agency Management: Be an integrated member of a talented communications team, helping foster a culture of collaboration and innovation Lead leadership positioning strategies, being responsible for driving your area of subject matter expertise as it relates to integrated campaigns and/or business moments Manage external agency relationships on an as-needed basis to ensure seamless alignment with One Chobani Communications Team goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with senior leaders Ability to distill a lot of information into key, strategic messages 6+ years of experience in corporate communications Strong strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex issues and influence stakeholders Demonstrated success in managing high-profile agency relationships Exceptional crisis management and storytelling skills Passionate about social impact and brand positioning

Compensation Range: $92,800.00 - $139,200.00, plus bonus.
