Key Account Manager: Mirage Granito Ceramico USA, Inc.; New York, NY 10002Conduct market research and analyze findings in the Northeast region of the United States for new markets and opportunities to be reviewed and discussed with management; Evaluate marketing strategy of Mirage’s ceramic products based on client demand; Meet with possible clients throughout the United States to build business opportunities; Assist in the collection Requests for Quotation and confer with our Italian plants to respond to all Requests for Quotation; Compile and submit an annual budget for review by management; Serve as liaison between the US company and our Parent company in Italy; Confer with sales office and quality department in the coordination of services or solutions required to resolve customer issues or requests; Participate in weekly conference calls with customers and management; Participate in trade shows and exhibitions in order to market Mirage’s products; Report to the Vice President of Sales and the Board of Directors.REQUIREMENTS/OTHER SPECIAL SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university. No specific major or field of study required and 24 months of employment experience in Project Management. Fluency in the Italian language is required: write, speak, and read. Must possess knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. Must possess demonstrable ability in SAP, or AS400, or SALESFORCE. Position provides flexibility to work from home in the New York tri-state area. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales activities in the Northeastern region of the United States. In order to develop effective sales strategies and foster strong relationships, maintaining a stable presence in Northeastern region of the U.S. is crucial. Specifically, the Key Account Manager is assigned to the Northeast US Market, with a primary focus on the New York tri-state area. This region serves as a central and vibrant hub for the industry of design. The New York tri-state area is one of the largest metropolitan areas with high demand for Italian ceramic products. Mirage, in partnership with one of our exclusive accounts, has established a showroom in the Northeastern region of the U.S. Domestic travel one (1) times per month to visit various customers within the continental United States normal for a Key Account Manager.
