Loqate inc Key Account Director in New York, New York

Loqate, Inc. seeks a Key Account Director in New York, NY Responsibilities:•Identify partner strategies through collaboration and engagement, helping them achieve growth and profitability. •Enable partner sales and marketing resources to articulate the value proposition provided by their Loqate integration. •Manage product owner and executive relationships and facilitate clear communication around product requirements and new releases. •Build Senior Management relationships and search for new integration opportunities across the OEM landscape. •Manage a portfolio of top-tier software and data management clients. •Ensure growth and development of GBG Loqate products and services throughout North America. Responsible for all contracts and agreements between GBG Loqate and its software and data management clients. •Negotiate new and existing contracts on an annual basis or any time a change in the usage or license agreements is required. •Manage client relationships at the highest level, including executive engagement. Identify issues and business problems and leverage an understanding of the client’s business, to deliver critically important tools, services, or solutions to improve or resolve each situation. Serve as point-of-contact for escalation of problems and additional business requirements requests. •Liaise with internal channels to resolve disputes and develop solutions for issues or additional requirements. Identify opportunities to improve GBG Loqate services and generate additional revenue from the annual contracts. •Requires 10% of domestic and international travel. Telecommuting is permitted. Requirements: Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field, or foreign equivalent, and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Client Account Director/Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, or a related role. Special Requirements: work experience in the following:•Geospatial and/or location intelligence technologies;•Developing and analyzing complex models in location data licensing and understanding of targeted local markets; •Driving strategic partner growth, business development, and ability to build, sustain and leverage effective networking relationships.•Managing product owner and executive relationships and facilitating clear communication around product requirements and new releases;•Identifying customer’s needs, including requirements and competitive insights to justify product development of company technology; and •Offering technical demonstrations of the underlying software, APIs, data and how they meet customer needs.Salary:$187,800,000 to $190,000 per yearTo apply email resume to Talent Attraction Director Laurie.Booth@gbgplc.com.Location: 450 Park Avenue South at 450 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10016.
