Job Description

As a Field Recruiter, you will be responsible for the timely recruitment of field personnel aligned with operational needs, ensuring a high-volume recruitment process is effectively followed to enhance time to fill and conversion efficiency. You will identify and screen an adequate number of qualified candidates, collaborate with Operations to develop and execute a robust workforce plan, and deploy creative sourcing tactics weekly, including college, diversity, military, and other targeted recruiting strategies. Additionally, you will set up community sources for consistent hiring, onboard new hires by verifying and maintaining employee documentation, assist with HRIS administration, ensure optimal use of our ATS, and generate weekly recruitment reports to target critical accounts and efforts. Your role also includes addressing client concerns promptly, working with operational leadership to involve hiring managers in the recruitment process effectively, and leveraging data analytics to educate and influence stakeholders.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the field

  • Experience recruiting for electrician roles

  • Proficient in using ATS and HRIS systems

Soft Skills

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish

  • Ability to develop and execute workforce plans

  • Strong communication and influence skills

  • Effective in managing high-volume recruitment processes

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New York, New York.

Work Environment

The role involves a dynamic work environment with 50% office-based work and 50% fieldwork, actively recruiting individuals for electrician positions.
