This position is for a January 24th, 2022 start.

About The Team

The Data Analyst Team supports primary credit conversion projects thru data analysis and mapping, troubleshooting complex mapping situations and issues, and employing systemic changes into the standard credit conversion project code as a result of quarterly system changes and enhancements being introduced. They work directly with the programming resources that support the projects and code the conversion programs based on mapping provided by the Data Analyst Team. They also participate in the creation of data validation tools, automation initiatives, and documentation.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Learning and understanding the processing functions of the primary credit platforms

  • Participating in data analysis and mapping for the primary credit conversion project

  • Assist with troubleshooting and remediating client data issues for primary conversion projects

  • Maintain the standardized data mapping for primary conversion projects

  • Introduce changes to the primary project mapping driven by the system enhancements

  • Contribute to the ongoing documentation of primary conversion project documentation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
