The Team
HR Project Management Office (PMO) is responsible for overall strategy and management of HR initiatives, which include cross-functional HR programs that impact the department’s operational and technical excellence. The team is the glue that brings together the broader HR strategy, delivering transformational initiatives and driving consistent project governance, and risk mitigation. We break down silos, maintain accountability and deploy our resources with intention.
What’s the role?
We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager specializing in HR and transformation, where you will lead initiatives aimed at optimizing our human resources processes, systems, and organizational culture. You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.
We’ll trust you to:
Lead and manage HR transformation projects, including process re-engineering, technology implementation, and change management.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables that align with organizational goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all resources are effectively allocated.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure effective communication and engagement across all levels of the organization to support change management initiatives.
Analyze project outcomes and metrics to assess effectiveness and drive future enhancements.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with industry best practices in HR management.
You’ll need to have:
At least 12 years of project management experience, specifically managing large scale enterprise implementations
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
5+ years ofknowledge and hands-on experience working with Agile Scrum Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and tools
Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations
Comfort with a high degree of autonomy and demonstrated ability in managing priorities from multiple internal and external partners
Experience in helping enhance scrum team agility and cultivate a continuous improvement mindset
Strong research and analysis skills with attention to detail, as well as a problem-solving mindset
Prior experience leading multiple implementation projects, working with multiple teams and businesses
Strong time management skills, ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities
We’d love to see:
Strong knowledge of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.
Ability to get up to speed quickly on our stakeholders, priorities, and organizational structure
A strong ability to adapt to different contexts, remain flexible and calm under pressure, and be a positive influence over peers
A proven ability to keep calm and with the ability to operate with urgency
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
