Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Determines applicant qualifications by screening applicants resume, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout hiring process Providing recruitment reports to team managers. Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and career boards Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with schools, colleges, universities and residency/fellowship programs for assigned areas of responsibility. Posting jobs and organizing resumes and job applications on career board and recruitment inbox. Manage email campaigns, job fairs (both internal and external), open houses, employee referral programs and other special events. Pro-actively recruits both active and passive candidates May perform other duties, as assigned. This position is in the office 5 days a week Recruiting and interviewing skills Phone, Zoom, and online meeting platform skills Supports workplace diversity Familiarity with relevant employment Law Professionalism, organization, and project management skills Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required. Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines. Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
