Head of Product Operations (DigitalOcean, LLC; New York, NY): Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the product and engineering organization. Identify and create opportunities for cross organization collaboration and synergies and support key company strategic initiatives. Manage and facilitate the rhythm of business for the product and engineering organization to drive continuous improvement of processes, team culture and other operational concerns. Drive quarterly planning to enable organization alignment on OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and key initiatives. Partner with product and engineering teams to author, monitor and track objectives, key results, and related performance metrics.
