As a Group Product Manager, you will own the client-facing aspect of our digital and offline identity graphs and be a leader within the product management team focused on the evolution of the advertising industry's leading identity platform. You will be a key contributor to the team that establishes and executes the product strategy across Experian’s identity products.

What you'll be doing

  • Enable the Go-To-Market Strategy of Experian's digital and offline identity graphs and related graph-enabled products

  • Drive strategy and commercial roadmap for Experian's graphs and related graph-enabled products

  • Utilize your expertise in advertising and marketing technology to drive cutting-edge, scalable, best-in-class solutions for the rapidly changing industry dynamics and challenges

  • Embedded with clients to understand uses, challenges, and needs of Experian's graphs and demonstrate a solution-oriented approach to solving client needs

  • Weigh and justify product development between short-term needs for feature support and long-term strategic direction

  • Collaborate with Experian product teams to drive new feature development and enhancements to meet market needs

  • Collaborate with Experian Marketing team to launch new products and features and amplify their positioning in market

  • Interpret changing industry demands to define appropriate product alignment and prioritization

  • Conduct detailed customer development to validate hypotheses and influence strategic product roadmap decisions

  • Establish clear goals and develop KPIs that will indicate the progress towards those goals for the rest of the business

  • Partner with the leadership team to establish and track quarterly OKRs and communicate progress on regular commercial roadmap reviews

  • Engage with Experian sales teams and clients where Product leadership is required to convey product capabilities and determine ideal solutions that fit their needs

What your background looks like

  • 10+ years’ experience within the ad-tech and/or mar-tech industry

  • 5+ years’ experience in a product management role at an ad-tech and/or SaaS company

  • Experience with iterative product development (Agile): delivering business value to customers early and continuously while still working towards a broader strategic vision

  • Proven ability to simplify complex problems into a compelling narrative with an innate ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms

  • Ability to educate both internal and external stakeholders on new concepts

  • A successful track record of shipping and iterating upon an adtech product to drive revenue growth and increased client retention

  • Active engagement within the adtech industry, including working experience with IAB, NAI, DAA, Prebid, and/or other standards-setting groups

  • The ability to understand technology that the market uses relative to identity across multiple sectors such as demand-side, supply-side, publishers, connected TV, and advertisers

  • Proficient in the development of competitive assessments and positioning, product planning and roadmap definition, sales training, and presentations

  • A strong communicator who is equally adept at talking to engineers, salespeople, marketers, customers, and executive leadership

  • Be a self-starter who can identify key focus areas and prioritize time commitments related to short-term and long-term goals
