Role Overview:

Alvarez & Marsal is looking for an experienced Go-to-Market and Relationship Management professional to manage the Corporate Transactions Group (CTG) GTM and account management program to grow corporate relationships and market share.

This role will support the expansion of CTG US GTM processes and client relationships focused on developing institutional accounts and support overall global account coordination. The Director will manage the overall implementation of our client growth strategy through structured GTM processes to support the identification of client/sector/functional opportunities as part of a priority account program and support the development of our professionals' relationship management skills.

This position will report to the CTG Practice Leaders and the Managing Director and Head of Relationship Management for Global TAG. Preferred work experience in professional services, or a consulting firm with 10 or more years of experience.

Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for overseeing activities related to the CTG GTM and account management processes/program working with lead CTG MDs / account teams to help identify and grow relationships and market share. This includes activities such as:

  • Help establish GTM processes to identify client/sector/functional POVs, and potential opportunities.
  • Help establish GTM Knowledge Sharing processes to share POVs, industry expertise and firm capabilities.
  • Oversight and support of the priority account management process (e.g., strategic planning, quarterly account calls, knowledge sharing)
  • Oversight and support of RFPs and large proposals.
  • Liaison with Marketing to help develop thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support practice-wide growth initiatives to identify and grow client / account opportunities.
  • Facilitate introduction of new services, industry expertise, and other relevant credentials to grow priority accounts.
  • Support CTG's involvement in cross-BU and industry go-to-market and business development initiatives to expand client relationships and opportunities as need basis
  • Support business development and go-to-market initiatives related to targeting and developing relationships with new clients.
  • Assist with training and onboarding new hires on CTG GTM processes, account management, tools, services, collateral, team sites and existing priority account management processes.
  • Some client facing interaction required to support account management program. [Travel required]

The salary range is $175, 000 - $185, 000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A& M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
