Snowflake, one of the most iconic and fast growing technology companies, is looking for a strong Global Sales Engineering Field Operations Lead to help plan and deliver on the strategic initiatives and operations of the Snowflake Sales Engineering organization, both globally and locally. This role requires a unique blend of deep expertise in technical sales and a background in either Sales Engineering (SE) leadership or strategy & operations.
AS A GLOBAL SALES ENGINEERING FIELD OPERATIONS LEAD AT SNOWFLAKE , YOU WILL:
Work closely with Senior SE Leaders in both the development and execution of strategic initiatives on a global and regional level
Partner with a segment of the North American SE organization to develop and maintain a streamlined approach to support the field with their operational processes
Align with the broader Field Operations team to support headcount and territory planning activities and other tasks that pertain to the SE organization
Support the business' data and analytics strategy through regular reviews and proactive insight gathering
Collaborate with peers on the Global Sales Engineering Field Operations team to ideate and deliver on global projects that align with the objectives set forth by the Global VP of Sales Engineering
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Bachelor's degree
8+ years supporting a Presales or Solution/Sales Engineering organization with experience as an SE Leader or Strategy & Operations Lead.
Demonstrable history of using data-driven insights to influence and improve SE productivity and GTM strategies
Exceptional organization and project management skills with a proficiency for collaborating with others in a team environment
Experience driving successful change management in a complex / matrixed environment
Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $173,000 - $246,700.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
