ByteDance Inc. Global Product Marketing Manager (Multiple Positions) in New York, New York

Responsibilities Provide Product and Engineering teams with market intelligence and analysis to identify global ads measurement pain points and revenue opportunities and form business requirements and influence the decisions around new product development. Conduct measurement across markets by implementing meta studies to deeply understand product adoptions, market reactions and impact. Create go-to-market strategy for ads measurement product and ensure flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Collect and distill client feedback on existing measurement product and drive revenue and adoption for existing products. Educate internal cross-functional teams on the competitive landscape and provide market intelligence to help advise global measurement strategy. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing measurement plan, performance measurement metrics, and media effectiveness learning agenda to drive progress on business KPIs; Analyzing and interpreting results from experimental design, standard experimental design, randomized control test, data-driven statistical analysis, and attribution analysis to gain insights that inform media strategies and business decisions; and Evaluating methodology, data integrity, and statistical soundness of external measurement and providing consultations of measurement solutions including Marketing Mix Modeling, Multitouch Attribution, and Foot traffic analysis. Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 10%.
