Work you'll do
As a tax consultant on the operate team, you will collaborate with teams to support client engagements with timely and quality compliance services. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
• Project management for compliance engagements (US and global), as well as set up of new client engagements and transition related support
• Data management and reporting
• Assist with staffing and resource management for large engagement teams
Support large scale client opportunities (i.e., proposals)
Plan, draft and manage communications
The successful tax consultant will be able to:
• Prioritize tasks
• Work independently and manage multiple assignments in a team environment in-person and virtually
• Apply strong judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in business, management, or related field
• Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within in a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
• Strong academic record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
• The start date for this position will be in Summer/Fall 2025, Winter 2026
• Data management coursework or experience high desirable
