The salary range for this role, based in New York is $71,500.00 to $89,400.00, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate'sexperience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

Position Summary

The Pernod Ricard Finance Academy (PRFA) is seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Rotational Program, effective July 1, 2024!

This is an opportunity to grow and develop while flexing your analytical and entrepreneurial skills. You'll be embedded in a fast moving and driven diverse Finance team, while participating in developmental experiences designed to drive your success.

The PRFA is designed to identify and develop future leaders within our organization. Our program consists of three different rotational assignments, rotating once per year, offering challenging analyst rotations throughout the Finance function; participants will receive one-on-one mentoring, hands-on training, and be a part of skill development programs.

Through the PRFA, analysts gain the skills required to lead and manage critical business and financial initiatives throughout the Company. After gaining experience through various rotations and getting familiar with the different areas of the business, participants are qualified to exit the program and move to a more senior r role that aligns with their interests and expertise.

Program Highlights

  • Cross-functional and cross-business rotational job assignments designed to accelerate the development of critical industry knowledge skills and experience
  • Interaction with various teams such as sales, marketing, and revenue management across the business
  • Day-to-day activities can include performance analysis, key performance indicator (KPI) development support, profitability analysis, resource allocation and efficiency, gap analysis, and assisting in the preparation of reporting and presentations
  • One-on-one mentoring with experienced internal leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Quantitative field (i.e., Finance, Business, Economics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, etc.)
  • 0-2 years of experience, including internships, highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Other database or analytical tools experience a plus
  • You like looking at the big picture, but don't mind sweating the small stuff and can roll up your sleeves to get the work done
  • You enjoy building long-term relationships and working with sales, marketing and other cross-functional partners
