About these roles:
The Veteran Employment Transition (VET) Program is a nationwide 8-week Spring and Fall internship that converts directly to a full-time opportunity based on performance. We're hiring a class of 75 - 85 interns to begin on September 12, 2022 starting with an intensive training and orientation led by professional instructors and senior Wells Fargo employees. You'll network with your peers and Wells Fargo leaders while developing your skills and knowledge of our financial products and services before joining a team of experienced Wells Fargo employees for on-the-job training and development. If you are a problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, working hard to achieve a goal, learning new things, and improving yourself, this program might be a good fit for you. In addition, successful candidates are team-players who work well in a collaborative environment and have strong situational analysis skills. Program Expectations:
Must be able to start September 12th, 2022 and attend full duration of 8-week internship program
Must be off active duty no later than September 11th, 2022. (Only exceptions: terminal leave and/or traditional Guard or Reserve status, these are eligible)

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Service in any branch of the United States military
Able to work on the first day of the program, September 11, 2022

The Legal group has the following opportunities:
Senior Paralegal: (Available locations: Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; St. Louis, MO).
Provide support to a specialized practice or functional area within the Legal Department
Produce clear and concise written materials that can be submitted to the client with minimal revision or review by an attorney
Work directly with business clients and develops an understanding of business unit needs and develops plans to resolve issues
Develop relationships with business units and is proactive in participating in strategic efforts of client while identifying and addressing issues
Identify specific as well as broad underlying issues in area of expertise and work independently on very complex assignments without direct supervision
Develop and lead a team to meet assignment, resolution plan and or client needs and negotiates adjustments to plan as needed
Resolve moderately complex issues within the Legal Department
Coordinate with attorneys on special requests or highly complex projects
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Paralegal
Experience identifying specific as well as broad underlying issues in area of expertise and work independently on very complex assignments without direct supervision
Experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
Advanced research skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Senior Administrative Assistant: (Available locations: Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Minneapolis, MN; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; St. Louis, MO).
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of administrative procedures to less experienced staff and support performance and overall effectiveness of the team in performing moderately complex to complex administrative tasks
C ompiling information, preparing moderately complex reports, and balancing routine general ledger lines or expense accounts
Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of more experienced level administrative work as well as ongoing ad hoc and project or business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
Assist with selectively referring callers, and answering questions regarding business unit policies and procedures
Provide administrative supervision and support to managers in the areas of reporting, customer or business documentation
Interact with immediate Administrative Assistant team, functional area, and internal peers regarding routine administrative tasks
Support more experienced level leaders with daily administrative tasks and interact with more experienced leaders across the organization
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role

Pay Range:
NY - New York City: $33 - $44 Hourly
