Job Description The primary responsibilities of this position is to provide administrative support to the DDPC and the 30 plus member Council, including Council leadership, self-advocates, family members, DD Network partners and State agency representatives. This person would be responsible for managing the logistics for the full Council and standing committee meetings, including securing outside meeting locations, making hotel arrangements for council members and developing/distributing meeting materials. This person would also be responsible for developing meeting minutes and posting necessary information about Council meetings on the DDPC's website to ensure compliance with the Open Meetings Law. Responsibilities of this position would also include reviewing and processing travel expense and payment reports in the NY Statewide Financial System. Other tasks would be assigned, as necessary.
