Executive Assistant

Fitch Group is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Global Head of Mergers & Aqusitions and Venture Investments, the Chief Financial Officer and the Head of HR based out of our New York office.

We'll Count on You To:

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations
  • Own and optimize calendars, schedule meetings and conference calls (external scheduling for two director-level employees also required)
  • Oversee successful execution of in-person and virtual meetings (booking rooms, virtual meeting rooms, audio / visual setup, greeting visitors, respond to participant requests in a timely manner, etc.)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and obtain approvals as needed
  • Assist with research projects and administrative tasks such as data entry, preparation of presentations and materials for conferences and meetings, and other related clerical duties
  • Prepare and submit expense reports
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding as needed
  • Plan team meetings including offsites, group holiday events, etc.
  • Act as liaison with IT, Mailroom, Facilities and other building personnel (Security, Property Management, etc.)
  • Provide other ad hoc support as needed
  • Prioritize and take-initiative in completing assignments, juggle various tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines all with minimal supervision
  • Complete work at a very high standard
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality


What You Need to Have:
  • 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Bachelor's degree
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with supervising personnel, coworkers, and business professionals
  • Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
  • High degree of professionalism in all respects
  • Flexible and able to multitask, and prioritize work
  • In the office 4 days a week

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $75, 000 - $95, 000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch's total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
