Job Title: Architect Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to guide staff and oversee SCA projects from concept through to construction administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for project oversight, client interaction, team management, and technical proficiency. This role requires regular interaction with clients to discuss project requirements and ensure alignment. You will also manage junior staff, working closely with partners and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

  • 10-15 years of professional experience

  • Licensed Architect

  • Proficiency in Revit

  • Experience in Schematic Design - Construction Administration

  • Experience in New Construction

  • Experience managing junior staff

  • Experience working on Civic projects in NYC

  • Experience working with NYC agencies

Soft Skills

  • Strong understanding of how to put a building together

  • Ability to guide and oversee projects from concept through to construction administration

  • Strong client interaction skills

  • Ability to manage junior staff and work closely with partners and other stakeholders

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in New York, New York and some days remote.
