Staffing Accountants, LLC Director of Business Development in New York, New York

Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure long-term partnerships. Lead negotiations for high-value contracts andpartnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong relationships with external parties. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) forbusiness development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes. Identify and pursue new business opportunities inexisting and new markets, leveraging market insights and competitive analysis to capture market share and drive revenue growth. Address and resolve challenges that arise in thebusiness development process, using strategic thinking and innovative approaches to overcome obstacles and capitalize on opportunities. Develop and implement business developmentstrategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives, driving sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Work closely with marketing and communications teams to position thecompany’s brand effectively in the market, ensuring that business development efforts support the overall brand strategy. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders,including executive leadership, partners, and key clients, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.Will also accept Bachelor's degree + 5 yrs exp.Expereince must include 3 years experience negotiating, executing, and managing contracts in the accounting sector; 3 years experience preparing and presenting reports on account and team performance and client feedback (in the accounting sector); and 3 years experience in establishing and managing client relationships in the accounting sector. Job may be performed remotely anywhere in the US
