Siegel+Gale seeks an imaginative Director, Marketing to support the agency's marketing and new business programs. This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

The Director will manage the firm's digital presence and marketing technology globally as well as lead the execution of the global demand generation plan to increase new business opportunities. This individual contributor will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer on all programs, with a special focus on demand generation, but also including content, events and PR focusing on promoting our people and our work. The Director will cultivate and maintain relationships with colleagues across the global marketing and business development team & practice areas at Siegel+Gale.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to manage the firm's global brand and performance across channels, website, email marketing & social media. Lead search performance, including SEO/SEM programs. Partner with Chief Marketing Officer to grow reach and engagement across platforms, including, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Spotify and Facebook.

  • Maintain the hygiene, growth and integrations across martech stack; including platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn and more.

  • Lead execution of marketing activities including email, social and direct marketing.

  • Work collaboratively with Chief Marketing Officer, regional Managing Directors, and business development team to create localized, annual demand generation plan, prioritize activities, and to align on budget and schedule.

  • Collaborate with Marketing colleagues and global practitioners to increase the output of thought leadership that reinforces our point of view across key practice areas, and offerings.

  • Partner on project management for the development and distribution of select content, including reports, thought leadership articles, case studies, content for social, website, whitepapers, marketing materials and other outputs to support execution of marketing plan.

  • Keep a continual pulse on culture, market intelligence and proactively identify topics to create content that inserts Siegel+Gale into emerging conversations. Use analytics to identify areas of success, opportunity, and improvement, and continuously refine demand generation programs.

  • Support executive communications, including ghostwriting, special projects, presentation development, and research, as needed.

  • Partner with colleagues to strengthen marketing's partnership with account management to amplify client work through content/pr/social activities. Project manage content development client launch activities.

  • 8+ years of experience working in marketing for professional services firm, agency, or technology company

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English or a related field.

  • Digital marketer with strong experience in web management, SEO/SEM, social media, demand generation, Salesforce, HubSpot and LinkedIn.

  • Is an exceptional writer with a deep curiosity about brands and marketing and a research-led thinker who can identify trends, and transform complex topics into fresh, clear & distinct content.

  • Is a simplifier, able to draw insights from materials and people, and craft narratives to drive awareness, relevance, and action.

  • Experience working with a fast-paced business development or sales organization.

  • Self-starter with strong work ethic, excellent project management skills, analytical aptitude, ability to meet deadlines, and experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.

  • Collaborative and results-driven team player.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working with senior-level executives.

The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
