Title: Digital Account Manager

Reports to: Executive Director, Michael Lavoie

Salary Range: $65k - $75k

Location: 1325 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY

Position Summary:

The Digital Account Manager is responsible for successful campaign management, delivering best in class campaigns across Nexstar’s portfolio and platforms.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the point of contact for advertiser/ agency relationships on campaign management.

  • Partner closely with Strategic Planning, Sales and Ad Operations to monitor campaigns and address issues as they arise.

  • Reporting on campaign performance of all clients-including external and internal campaign updates, useful insights, screen grabs, and video captures.

  • Ensure that all campaigns are launched as scheduled.

  • Collect assets prior to the start of a campaign.

  • Perform daily contract maintenance including actualization, DAR factor adjustment, flighting, program assignments, branding, frontloading, etc.

  • Act as a liaison between billing department and client to address discrepancies.

  • Ad hoc projects as needed

  • Sales pipeline development

  • Will work closely with assigned AE(s)

The Essentials

  • Experience in video advertising with a premium in the Broadcast / Cable TV business

  • Reporting intelligence with ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, etc.) and data measurement platforms

  • Proactive, analytical, deadline-driven and comfortable working in a fast paced, growing environment

  • 2+ Year experience in Account Management/Client Services

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
