Those in deal strategy at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. The Opportunity

As part of the Strategy Analytics team you are expected to support PE and corporate clients in developing perspectives and creation strategies. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to deliver projects in a dynamic environment, manage multi-resource engagements, and leverage advanced technology, data, and analytics to address client needs.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree

• 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics preferred

• Working with business frameworks to analyze markets

• Working with alternative data and market data sets

• Demonstrating knowledge about financial statements, business cycles, business diligence, financial modeling, and valuation

• Delivering projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment

• Delivering business results that reflect strategic, creative thinking

• Managing multi-resource engagements, including off-shore resources

• Demonstrating communication and presentation skills in client settings

• Demonstrating ability to quickly identify and address client needs

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
