COMPANY NAME:Yipit, LLCPOSITION TITLE:Data SpecialistPOSITION DUTIES:Key producers of Yipit’s data products sold to its institutional investor clients. Build or continue to develop the core skills required to succeed in the tech, data, and investment worlds that Yipit intersects. Utilize SQL, PySpark, and Python fundamentals as well as Yipit internal tools and processes to run the products. Serve as the primary owner running or building new data products end-to-end from data ingestion or web scraping through publishing reports and sending granular data feeds to clients; this will culminate in the building of new products or improvement of existing ones. Work with massive amounts of data and datasets to answer the clients’ key questions about the companies that Yipit covers. Learn how investors use data in their investment decisions by contributing to data reports that are consumed by the top investors in the world. Gain insight into how investors think about companies and the most important questions they need to answer to make stock portfolio recommendations. Work on a small team of 5 to 10 within over 50-person Data team.
