Build lasting solutions that surface critical data and performance metrics. Deliver data science products and tools to help optimize markets and maximize returns. Work with business stakeholders to define priorities, approaches, and business requirements for data science solutions. Analyzing and determining whether user activity is suspicious. Innovating our data science methods for proactively flagging suspicious activity. Implementing methods of detecting suspicious activity within our detection platform and generally adding to the platform. Serving as an intellectual resource to help others in the team with similar activities. Build dashboards and alerting that monitors performance of our fraud detection capabilities. Conduct research into new data and signals that may detect fraud. Consult with business partners and engineers on methods for mitigation and verification of fraudulent signals. *Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.SALARY: $160,110 to $240,164/ yearWORK SCHEDULE: 9am to 5pm, 40 hours a week. (Monday - Friday)JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a closely related information sciences field and two (2) years of experience in a data science or a closely related field. Must have two (2) years of experience with: building statistical and machine learning models; Python and SQL; working with large datasets, and building data pipelines using Scala or Python; visualization tools (Tableau or matplotlib); Statistical Inferences; analyzing results and presenting results to technical and non-technical stakeholders; and using machine learning and data science techniques for data discovery and exploration.
