THE ROLE: Data Scientist

Job Summary:

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for assisting and developing new ML/DL and AI-based solutions to support FinOps Cloud Practice. This is a Full end-to-end role requirement for all the skill facets of statistical analysis to advanced model development.

Travel Requirements:

In this role, you are not required to travel.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data pipeline ETL builds from centralized git repositories to deploy in AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure
• Data ETL scripts in Python and/or R, Hadoop is a plus
• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI Model Development in Python or R leveraging packages such as SciKit-learn, Caret for example Frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, Pytorch, MxNet, and OpenAi.
• Evaluate, tune, and retrain models with proper metrics
• Deploy both Internal and Customer-Facing model solutions with proper MLOps scalable development
• Develop and maintain SQL queries (Athena, BigQuery)
• Provide any Ad-hoc reporting or analysis by request

Required Skills:

• OpenAI Gym and LLM Modeling is a must-have experience with OpenAi GYM or similar RL-based modeling
• Must have experience with LLM models and implementing efficient pipelines with these models that include but are not limited to
  - Llama 2
  - Falcon
  - Chatgpt3 or higher
  - Bert
• Experience with Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn, ggplot2, and shiny applications
• Practical experience and great understanding of Feature Engineering and Transformation techniques to improve the quality of the data inputs in a model
• Practical Experience and understanding in proper interpretation and evaluation of model results and tuning such models appropriately
• Big Data technology experience such as Apache Spark, AWS Glue, Hadoop
• AWS experience Required

Additional Desired Skills:

• Ability to clearly articulate results to business unit leaders and sales team
• Detailed-oriented with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Data Science is a Must. Ph.d is preferred
• 6+ years of experience utilizing Python, R, SQL, or a similar statistical and modeling tool to develop advanced AI models, including but not limited to Custom Neural Networks, Ensembled models, Prophet/Orbit time series modeling, Reinforced Learning models, OPENai opensource GYM Package, etc.
• 6+ years of experience with data modeling and data wrangling
