Grow your career as a Data Implementation Project Manager with an innovative global bank. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing target state processes to support key regulatory Finance Data initiatives with a focus on the end-to-end management of data-related requests raised by the Finance organization. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6-10 years of experience in Banking, Finance, or Consulting.

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet (digital tool).

  • Able to analyze and interpret data using Excel, develop PowerPoint materials suitable for senior management, and support the development of interim-state processes in a digital tool, Smartsheet.

  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.

  • Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives.

  • Familiarity with data concepts.

  • Ability to understand gaps in existing processes to develop and define target state.

  • Communicate effectively, develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Define key Finance Data processes and develop path to implementation taking into account change management, budget, and stakeholder involvement constraints.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings.

  • Examine and evaluate project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads.

  • Support in development of key content for senior management and internal stakeholders related to processes, program updates, etc.

  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, and associated dependencies. Coordinate work within team or project group.

  • Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes.

  • Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.

  • Understand principles of data governance, issue management, and product development to create processes and tooling to support Finance Data.

  • Independently conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives (e.g., analyzing metrics to product senior management reporting).

  • Develop and articulate business requirements and maps current and future state processes.

  • Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions.
