What you’ll do

• Create Work Orders to drive demand for new products or assemblies.

• Configuration management of the data for the ECOs.

• Follow up of the WO related to ECOs and PDIP.

• Perform ERP transaction required for ECOs and PDIP.

• Oversee any urgent issue relate to ECOs implementation on the operations floor.

• Review and update of configuration of WOs.

• Reviewing ECO data pertaining to the implementation and ensuring that all information is accurate.

• Work with operations change planner to resolve any challenges and/or issues related to an implementation of an ECO.

• Work with manufacturing, planning, data management to ensure that all ECOs are implemented in a timely manner.

• Manage and follow up Work Order Status and provide feedback to Engineering in charge and operations change planner.

• Ensure re-work instructions and transactions are implemented according to the ECO.

Who you are

• Minimum 2 years in Data Management or Operations Management experience

• Experience with ECO implementation in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

• Proven track record in working with different functional groups to drive the implementation of ECO’s.

• Experience on data configuration related to ERP system.

• High-level attention to detail and organizational skills is required.

• Excellent communication and consultative skills; able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, team members and service providers.
