SNOWE Customer Experience Associate in New York, New York

Snowe is seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Experience Associate who enjoys and excels at communicating with customers and creating a best-in-class experience for them. The ideal candidate is an ambassador of the Snowe brand, an exceptional communicator and enjoys creating a community, being helpful and ensuring delightful experiences for customers. The candidate is savvy with technology and has a strong grasp of analytics, data and reporting. This candidate will play a key role supporting Snowe’s rapid growth by delivering exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, proactively building customer relationships, and communicating customer insights to Snowe leadership. This role will report to the Customer Experience Manager and is ideal for a driven problem-solver with exceptional people skills seeking to make an impact at a fast-growing start-up.

The role is based at Snowe HQ, in Manhattan and Brooklyn, NYC.


  • Create an exceptional, unique, and delightful experience through helping customers resolve inquiries and issues through email, chat, and phone calls.

  • Learn systems, process and reporting quickly and push the boundaries in customer service., while also becoming an expert on Snowe's products, website, and brand.

  • Draw and report out on insights from customer interactions.

  • Work closely with our Operations team to share relevant information, identify potential issues, and jointly problem-solve any issues.

  • Work quickly and efficiently through day-to-day customer operations tasks such as remedying order issues, processing returns and answer customer questions via email and phone.

  • Live and share the Snowe brand with customers, imparting thoughtfulness, wit and delight.


  • BA/BS required

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Retail Sales and/or Operations.

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills and collaborative working style; thrive in team working environment.

  • Innate ability to connect with people and leave a positive impact.

  • Superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.

  • Comfort working with computer systems including Microsoft Office and the Google Suite; experience with CRM tools like Zendesk a plus.

  • Self-reliant, can quickly grasp new concepts and ask the right questions in the face of ambiguity.

  • Excellent problem-solver with a “get it done” attitude.

  • Self-starter that is extremely organized and adept at working with timelines and reporting.

  • Extreme drive that is contagious - very-hard working, bordering on perfectionist.

  • Willing to roll-up sleeves to take on nitty-gritty executional tasks that come with an early-stage start-up.

  • Ability to work on weekends when required.
