JOB DUTIES: Providing guidance on the research and analysis of companies, company valuations, financial modelling, marketing materials.Supporting senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships, income stream, and new business opportunities.·Responsible for deal execution, including M&A and capital raise.Supervising and guiding junior members of the Global Industrials deal team, and training summer and full-time Analyst and Associates.Supporting both origination and execution activity.Working within the Industrials Group to execute and support the day-to-day activity.Supporting the exploration and execution activities on trans-Atlantic opportunities.Oversee 2+ reports.May telecommute. REQUIREMENTS:Employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.Alternatively, Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Business Administration, Engineering (any), or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.RATE OF PAY: $275,000 - $302,500 per year. The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
