Job Summary:

We are in search of a committed and empathetic Clinical Director of Patient Engagement to join our team within an elegant senior living community. Your role will be instrumental in elevating our residents' quality of life through individualized healthcare assistance, orchestrating wellness initiatives, and cultivating a supportive atmosphere.

The perfect candidate will boast a robust sales and operations background, coupled with superb communication abilities and a fervent dedication to advancing comprehensive well-being for older adults.

This distinctive position places you at the vanguard of seamlessly integrating sales, operations, and healthcare services to enhance the lives of our clients’ residents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise property operations with a focus on promoting health and well-being.

  • Craft and present an engaging value proposition aimed at prospective residents and their families.

  • Assume the central role of addressing residents' healthcare requirements and inquiries.

  • Arrange appointments with medical professionals, specialists, and therapists when necessary.

  • Create and execute a comprehensive wellness program designed to cater to individual resident needs and preferences.

  • Architect and publicize informative seminars and workshops covering various health-related subjects.

  • Maintain consistent, open communication with residents, families, and medical experts, fostering a holistic care ethos.

  • Bridge the gap between residents and healthcare providers, dedicatedly championing the desires and choices of residents.

  • Offer clear and succinct details about accessible healthcare services and available resources to residents and their families.

  • Generate and distribute informative materials concerning health enhancement, illness prevention, and graceful aging.

  • Coordinate health evaluations, influenza vaccination drives, and additional initiatives for proactive healthcare.

  • Stay current with the latest advancements in senior health and wellness to provide pertinent and precise information.

    Job Requirements:

  • Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of New York.

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven operations experience in a healthcare, senior care, or wellness-related role, encompassing skilled nursing, assisted living, and hospitality sectors. Previous experience in an upscale or luxury environment is highly desirable.

  • Proven sales skills with a track record of effectively presenting and articulating the value proposition. benefits, and services to potential residents and their families.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and operations staff while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.

  • Impeccable appearance and comportment, reflecting the upscale nature of the community and fostering trust among residents, families, and colleagues.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, health promotion, age-related health conditions, and regulatory standards for skilled nursing and assisted living.

  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to caregiving, valuing the dignity and individuality of each resident while consistently upholding a professional attitude.

  • Exceptional operations skills in a senior living environment, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

  • Proficiency in using technology for record-keeping, communication, and data management, reflecting a tech-savvy and professional approach.

  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on residents' needs, demonstrating a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
