Job Description

As the Change Management Manager for Digital Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of digital transformation and develop appropriate engagement strategies.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications regarding digital changes.

  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.

  • Track and report issues related to change management efforts and devise action plans to address them.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and digital practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Must have experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and digital transformation projects in Healthcare, specifically enabling new Marketing Capabilities

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent active listening skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere.

  • Forward-looking with a holistic approach.

  • Organizational skills and a natural leader.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $73,500 - $123,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
