Serve as a go-to trusted business partner for cross functional partners, develop strong collaborative relationships across North America, LATAM and Global BP&O teams to drive analytical and planning initiatives. Lead business analysis including revenue, customer, and market analysis. Drive projects with data-driven approach to generate analytical insights across market, industry, and advertiser performance. Support cross-functional teams on medium/long-term planning including revenue forecasts, business potential, resourcing requirements, and organizational design. Design and execute annual planning processes in partnership with key crossfunctional partners including resource budgeting plans. Translate global initiatives to regional level and help drive alignment with sales leaders and cross-functional partners. Develop projects at regional level that have potential to scale at a global level. Lead and operationalize the annual transfer process to determine the most efficient channels of service for advertising clients. Manage the annual budget for efficient utilization across sales teams to drive business initiatives and revenue programs.Requirements:Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Economics, Management or related field, followed by five years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a business-related occupation.Experience must include 60 months of experience in the following:1. Analytical consulting, investment banking, or sales operations;2. Leading concurrent business planning programs across cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive business priorities;3. Assessment of business risks and opportunities through revenue, customer, and market analysis;4. Managing a budget for an organization or business unit;5. Re-organizational design, productivity analysis, and headcount management;6. Using Excel and Google Sheets to run data analysis and build quantitative models using pivot table based reporting;7. Tableau data table setups, filtering, extracts, and data visualization charts;8. Running SQL scripts to extract, structure, and analyze data;9. Analyzing and solving commercial, operational and organizational business problems;10. Presenting business and technical content to c-suite or executive-level stakeholders;11. Creating improved processes and approaches to business or client operations.
